# LOOPS Play vs BikMedia

The clearest difference is ads: BikMedia at none against LOOPS Play's shown. LOOPS Play's advantage is update cadence (weekly vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LOOPS Play sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and BikMedia sells 7 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

LOOPS Play ships an update weekly, BikMedia fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 1, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
