# Securus SVMS vs XVREYE

The clearest difference is rating: XVREYE at 2.0 against Securus SVMS's 1.0. XVREYE also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (16 vs 2). Securus SVMS's advantage is review sentiment (23% vs 13%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

XVREYE holds the better App Store score, 2.0 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: XVREYE has 16 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 23% of Securus SVMS's written reviews are positive against 13% of XVREYE's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Securus SVMS ships an update monthly, XVREYE every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
