# BaltimoreBaseball.com vs Baseball News

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: BaltimoreBaseball.com at none against Baseball News's 1. BaltimoreBaseball.com also leads on review sentiment (83% vs 60%) and iOS requirement (12.0 vs 15.0). Baseball News's advantage is ratings volume (7.2K vs 20) and rating (4.6 vs 4.4). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Baseball News sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. BaltimoreBaseball.com asks for nothing beyond the download.

Baseball News holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Baseball News has 7.2K ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 83% of BaltimoreBaseball.com's written reviews are positive against 60% of Baseball News's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 months. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
