# Carrabba's vs Cravings

The clearest difference is ads: Carrabba's at none against Cravings's shown. Carrabba's also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 21 months) and rating (4.9 vs 4.5). Cravings's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and device support (3 vs 1). On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Carrabba's holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Carrabba's has 11K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Carrabba's ships an update every 3 weeks, Cravings every 21 months. The most recent releases landed on October 27, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
