# Timer vs Supr Timer

The clearest difference is rating: Supr Timer at 5.0 against Timer's 4.4. Supr Timer also leads on ads (none vs shown). Timer's advantage is ratings volume (81 vs 1) and device support (3 vs 1). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and Supr Timer sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per year. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Supr Timer holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timer has 81 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
