# Timer vs PitchPulse

The clearest difference is ads: PitchPulse at none against Timer's shown. Timer's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.6). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timer sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $0.49 per month and PitchPulse sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Timer ships an update fortnightly, PitchPulse monthly. Both last shipped on October 19, 2026.
