The clearest difference is update cadence: DriveCentric at every 5 days against dealergard's every 2 months. DriveCentric also leads on ratings volume (8.9K vs 9). dealergard's advantage is iOS requirement (15.6 vs 26.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for DriveCentric against 4.7 for dealergard. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DriveCentric has 8.9K ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two.
