# Refreshed Free vs Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k

The clearest difference is rating: Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k at 4.4 against Refreshed Free's 3.8. Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k also leads on ratings volume (186K vs 49). Refreshed Free's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and review sentiment (33% vs 16%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Refreshed Free sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k has 186K ratings behind it against 49, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 33% of Refreshed Free's written reviews are positive against 16% of Cool Live Wallpapers Maker 4k's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
