# Timelogger Plus vs Hourly

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Timelogger Plus at 79 against Hourly's 8. Timelogger Plus also leads on device support (4 vs 2). Hourly's advantage is iOS requirement (17.0 vs 26.0). On price, rating, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Timelogger Plus sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Hourly sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Hourly holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Timelogger Plus has 79 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Timelogger Plus ships an update every 2 weeks, Hourly fortnightly. Both last shipped on October 24, 2026.
