# QmailClient vs AppNest

The clearest difference is update cadence: AppNest at every 2 months against QmailClient's every 4 months. AppNest also leads on iOS requirement (9.0 vs 16.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

QmailClient ships an update every 4 months, AppNest every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
