# WeCom vs DDBES

The clearest difference is rating: DDBES at 5.0 against WeCom's 2.4. DDBES also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 6 weeks). WeCom's advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 2) and chart position (#147 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

DDBES holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 2.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WeCom has 1.4K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

WeCom ships an update every 6 weeks, DDBES every 3 weeks. Both last shipped on November 2, 2026.
