# FranConnect Field Ops vs Crunchtime Inventory

The clearest difference is rating: Crunchtime Inventory at 4.9 against FranConnect Field Ops's 2.6. Crunchtime Inventory also leads on ratings volume (618 vs 8). FranConnect Field Ops's advantage is monetization model (free vs subscription) and review sentiment (50% vs 25%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Crunchtime Inventory holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 2.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crunchtime Inventory has 618 ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of FranConnect Field Ops's written reviews are positive against 25% of Crunchtime Inventory's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

FranConnect Field Ops ships an update weekly, Crunchtime Inventory every 6 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 23, 2026 respectively.
