# Suitable vs Semester Flow

The clearest difference is ratings volume: Suitable at 5.9K against Semester Flow's 8. Semester Flow's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 82%) and update cadence (fortnightly vs monthly). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Suitable against 5.0 for Semester Flow. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Suitable has 5.9K ratings behind it against 8, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 82% of Suitable's written reviews are positive against 100% of Semester Flow's.

Suitable ships an update monthly, Semester Flow fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 19, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
