# Raketa vs First Run

Raketa and First Run both sit at 3.8 stars, but that hides the real split: 68% of First Run's written reviews are positive against 40% of Raketa's. First Run also leads on update cadence (every 5 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (95 vs 6). Raketa's advantage is iOS requirement (7.0 vs 13.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 3.8 for Raketa against 4.0 for First Run. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: First Run has 95 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two.
