# i Map Editor vs Forevermore

The clearest difference is price: Forevermore at Free against i Map Editor's $3.99. Forevermore also leads on rating (4.6 vs 3.3) and update cadence (every 2 days vs every 14 months). i Map Editor's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 20) and ads (none vs shown). On device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Forevermore holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Forevermore has 693 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of i Map Editor's written reviews are positive against 69% of Forevermore's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
