# Royal Thomian Live vs Huck

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Huck at 60% against Royal Thomian Live's 0%. Huck also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (5 vs 1). Royal Thomian Live's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.0) and in-app purchases (none vs 9). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Huck sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Royal Thomian Live asks for nothing beyond the download.

Royal Thomian Live holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Huck has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Royal Thomian Live's written reviews are positive against 60% of Huck's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Royal Thomian Live ships an update every 12 months, Huck every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 7, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
