# Pocket Prep CompTIA Security+ vs AssertHired

The clearest difference is review sentiment: AssertHired at 100% against Pocket Prep CompTIA Security+'s 41%. AssertHired also leads on update cadence (every 2 days vs every 3 weeks) and rating (5.0 vs 4.6). Pocket Prep CompTIA Security+'s advantage is ratings volume (1.4K vs 7). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Pocket Prep CompTIA Security+ sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $20.99 per month and AssertHired sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $19.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
