# Bible Hub vs ScriptureWriter

The clearest difference is update cadence: ScriptureWriter at fortnightly against Bible Hub's every 10 months. Bible Hub's advantage is ratings volume (119K vs 1) and chart position (#121 vs unranked). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.9 for Bible Hub against 5.0 for ScriptureWriter. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Bible Hub has 119K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
