# Derdost vs Elele

The clearest difference is ads: Derdost at none against Elele's shown. Derdost also leads on update cadence (weekly vs monthly). Elele's advantage is ratings volume (1.5K vs 30). On price, rating, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Derdost sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per month and Elele sells 19 in-app purchases, starting at $2.89 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.6 for Derdost against 4.6 for Elele. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elele has 1.5K ratings behind it against 30, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Derdost ships an update weekly, Elele monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 17, 2026 respectively.
