# Progression vs SnoreNote

The clearest difference is review sentiment: SnoreNote at 100% against Progression's 61%. SnoreNote also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.5). Progression's advantage is ratings volume (160 vs 9). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Progression sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $6.99 per 7 days and SnoreNote sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

SnoreNote holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Progression has 160 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 61% of Progression's written reviews are positive against 100% of SnoreNote's.

Progression ships an update weekly, SnoreNote every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 16, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
