# Контакт vs Тор

The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Тор at none against Контакт's 10. Тор also leads on ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (daily vs fortnightly). Контакт's advantage is ratings volume (102 vs 20) and iOS requirement (10.0 vs 15.1). On price, review sentiment and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Контакт sells 10 one-off in-app purchases. Тор asks for nothing beyond the download.

Тор holds the better App Store score, 3.5 against 3.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Контакт has 102 ratings behind it against 20, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 56% and 56% positive.

Контакт ships an update fortnightly, Тор daily. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and October 31, 2026 respectively.
