# Scroll to Sleep vs Color Sort Therapy

The clearest difference is monetization model: Scroll to Sleep at free against Color Sort Therapy's free with in-app purchases. Scroll to Sleep also leads on iOS requirement (15.0 vs 18.0). Color Sort Therapy's advantage is rating (4.7 vs 4.4) and ratings volume (1.5K vs 138). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Scroll to Sleep sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and Color Sort Therapy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Color Sort Therapy holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Color Sort Therapy has 1.5K ratings behind it against 138, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews split almost evenly too, at 85% and 84% positive.

Scroll to Sleep ships an update every 2 weeks, Color Sort Therapy monthly. Both last shipped on October 22, 2026.
