# Tally vs Incremental

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Incremental at 100% against Tally's 33%. Incremental also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.4) and in-app purchases (none vs 12). Tally's advantage is ratings volume (4.1K vs 6). On price, update cadence, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Tally sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month. Incremental asks for nothing beyond the download.

Incremental holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.4. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Tally has 4.1K ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 33% of Tally's written reviews are positive against 100% of Incremental's.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
