# PassTime InTouch vs Al3rtGPS Pro

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Al3rtGPS Pro at 60% against PassTime InTouch's 25%. PassTime InTouch's advantage is rating (4.5 vs 4.2) and ratings volume (3.4K vs 208). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

PassTime InTouch holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.2. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PassTime InTouch has 3.4K ratings behind it against 208, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 25% of PassTime InTouch's written reviews are positive against 60% of Al3rtGPS Pro's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 20, 2026 respectively.
