# msg Lense vs .msg

The clearest difference is ads: msg Lense at none against .msg's shown. .msg's advantage is iOS requirement (18.5 vs 26.0). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. msg Lense sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and .msg sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
