# WallPixel HD vs TontonCam

The clearest difference is rating: TontonCam at 3.6 against WallPixel HD's 1.9. TontonCam also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 27) and ads (none vs shown). WallPixel HD's advantage is ratings volume (185 vs 34). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. WallPixel HD sells 27 one-off in-app purchases. TontonCam asks for nothing beyond the download.

TontonCam holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WallPixel HD has 185 ratings behind it against 34, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 7% of WallPixel HD's written reviews are positive against 0% of TontonCam's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
