# ChevyStar EC vs Tracktotal

The clearest difference is rating: ChevyStar EC at 1.6 against Tracktotal's 1.0. ChevyStar EC also leads on ratings volume (7 vs 1). Tracktotal's advantage is review sentiment (33% vs 0%) and update cadence (every 5 weeks vs every 3 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

ChevyStar EC holds the better App Store score, 1.6 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ChevyStar EC has 7 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of ChevyStar EC's written reviews are positive against 33% of Tracktotal's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
