# Cinebox vs izzi go

The clearest difference is rating: Cinebox at 3.1 against izzi go's 1.9. Cinebox also leads on iOS requirement (14.0 vs 16.0). izzi go's advantage is ratings volume (136 vs 11). On price, review sentiment, update cadence and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Cinebox holds the better App Store score, 3.1 against 1.9. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: izzi go has 136 ratings behind it against 11, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of Cinebox's written reviews are positive against 6% of izzi go's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Cinebox ships an update every 2 months, izzi go every 3 months. The most recent releases landed on October 24, 2026 and October 22, 2026 respectively.
