# Stack 8 vs ColorNot

The clearest difference is rating: Stack 8 at 4.3 against ColorNot's 3.0. Stack 8 also leads on ratings volume (6 vs 2). ColorNot's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 2) and review sentiment (100% vs 80%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Stack 8 sells 2 one-off in-app purchases. ColorNot asks for nothing beyond the download.

Stack 8 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 3.0. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 6 and 2 respectively. Written reviews complicate that: 80% of Stack 8's written reviews are positive against 100% of ColorNot's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
