# 荔枝 vs 兔U

The clearest difference is rating: 荔枝 at 4.3 against 兔U's 1.6. 荔枝 also leads on ratings volume (889 vs 5) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.6). 兔U's advantage is update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). On price, review sentiment, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 荔枝 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and 兔U sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

荔枝 holds the better App Store score, 4.3 against 1.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 荔枝 has 889 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 52% of 荔枝's written reviews are positive against 57% of 兔U's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

荔枝 ships an update every 3 weeks, 兔U every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 10, 2026 respectively.
