# 荔枝 vs Rewind Echo

The clearest difference is rating: Rewind Echo at 5.0 against 荔枝's 4.3. Rewind Echo also leads on ads (none vs shown). 荔枝's advantage is ratings volume (888 vs 1) and iOS requirement (13.0 vs 17.0). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 荔枝 sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and Rewind Echo sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Rewind Echo holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: 荔枝 has 888 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
