# EyeCons vs VigoGo

The clearest difference is update cadence: VigoGo at every 3 days against EyeCons's every 2 weeks. EyeCons's advantage is ratings volume (24 vs 2) and iOS requirement (8.0 vs 12.0). On price, rating, review sentiment and ads there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. EyeCons sells 9 one-off in-app purchases and VigoGo sells 8 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for EyeCons against 5.0 for VigoGo. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: EyeCons has 24 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 97% of EyeCons's written reviews are positive against 100% of VigoGo's.

EyeCons ships an update every 2 weeks, VigoGo every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
