# Linea Sketch vs FlowCamera

The clearest difference is rating: FlowCamera at 5.0 against Linea Sketch's 3.7. FlowCamera also leads on update cadence (every 10 days vs every 3 months). Linea Sketch's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (803 vs 1). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Linea Sketch sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month and FlowCamera sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $29.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

FlowCamera holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Linea Sketch has 803 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Linea Sketch ships an update every 3 months, FlowCamera every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 28, 2026 respectively.
