# DAYBOX vs Simple D

The clearest difference is update cadence: DAYBOX at every 5 days against Simple D's every 3 weeks. Simple D's advantage is iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. DAYBOX sells 2 one-off in-app purchases and Simple D sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

DAYBOX ships an update every 5 days, Simple D every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 29, 2026 and October 27, 2026 respectively.
