# Intelex Mobile vs QSpec

The clearest difference is rating: QSpec at 4.0 against Intelex Mobile's 2.1. Intelex Mobile's advantage is update cadence (monthly vs every 15 months) and review sentiment (17% vs 0%). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

QSpec holds the better App Store score, 4.0 against 2.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Intelex Mobile has 113 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 17% of Intelex Mobile's written reviews are positive against 0% of QSpec's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Intelex Mobile ships an update monthly, QSpec every 15 months. The most recent releases landed on October 12, 2026 and October 15, 2026 respectively.
