# iDoc vs OffshoreTid

The clearest difference is update cadence: OffshoreTid at every 3 days against iDoc's fortnightly. OffshoreTid also leads on iOS requirement (15.5 vs 17.6). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. iDoc sells 4 one-off in-app purchases and OffshoreTid sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

iDoc ships an update fortnightly, OffshoreTid every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 26, 2026 and November 6, 2026 respectively.
