# Smashpoint Tennis Tracker vs iTennisLadder

The clearest difference is rating: Smashpoint Tennis Tracker at 4.5 against iTennisLadder's 4.0. Smashpoint Tennis Tracker also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 9 months) and ratings volume (464 vs 4). iTennisLadder's advantage is review sentiment (100% vs 65%) and in-app purchases (none vs 7). On price, ads, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Smashpoint Tennis Tracker sells 7 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. iTennisLadder asks for nothing beyond the download.

Smashpoint Tennis Tracker holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Smashpoint Tennis Tracker has 464 ratings behind it against 4, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 65% of Smashpoint Tennis Tracker's written reviews are positive against 100% of iTennisLadder's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
