# Dive Check vs DiverLog+

The clearest difference is rating: DiverLog+ at 2.5 against Dive Check's 1.0. DiverLog+ also leads on in-app purchases (none vs 1) and ratings volume (111 vs 2). Dive Check's advantage is review sentiment (50% vs 19%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 5 weeks). On price, ads, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Dive Check sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. DiverLog+ asks for nothing beyond the download.

DiverLog+ holds the better App Store score, 2.5 against 1.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DiverLog+ has 111 ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of Dive Check's written reviews are positive against 19% of DiverLog+'s, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Dive Check ships an update every 4 days, DiverLog+ every 5 weeks. The most recent releases landed on September 27, 2026 and October 14, 2026 respectively.
