# ServerLife vs TipGeek

The clearest difference is ads: TipGeek at none against ServerLife's shown. TipGeek also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8). ServerLife's advantage is ratings volume (9.4K vs 1) and chart position (#70 vs unranked). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ServerLife sells 11 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month and TipGeek sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

TipGeek holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ServerLife has 9.4K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.

ServerLife ships an update every 3 weeks, TipGeek fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 7, 2026 respectively.
