# Crafting Guide for Minecraft vs Seed Map

The clearest difference is rating: Crafting Guide for Minecraft at 3.6 against Seed Map's 3.1. Crafting Guide for Minecraft also leads on ratings volume (307 vs 45). Seed Map's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 1) and update cadence (every 6 months vs every 126 months). On price, review sentiment, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Crafting Guide for Minecraft sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Seed Map asks for nothing beyond the download.

Crafting Guide for Minecraft holds the better App Store score, 3.6 against 3.1. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Crafting Guide for Minecraft has 307 ratings behind it against 45, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 39% of Crafting Guide for Minecraft's written reviews are positive against 43% of Seed Map's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
