# Moultrie vs Bag Chart

The clearest difference is rating: Bag Chart at 5.0 against Moultrie's 4.6. Bag Chart also leads on update cadence (daily vs every 10 days). Moultrie's advantage is ratings volume (42K vs 2) and chart position (#37 vs unranked). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Moultrie sells 1 in-app purchase, starting at $4.99 per month and Bag Chart sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Bag Chart holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Moultrie has 42K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

Moultrie ships an update every 10 days, Bag Chart daily. The most recent releases landed on October 21, 2026 and September 21, 2026 respectively.
