# Embraco ToolBox vs Elitech iCold

The clearest difference is review sentiment: Embraco ToolBox at 100% against Elitech iCold's 48%. Elitech iCold's advantage is rating (3.3 vs 3.0) and update cadence (monthly vs every 4 months). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Elitech iCold holds the better App Store score, 3.3 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Elitech iCold has 86 ratings behind it against 6, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 100% of Embraco ToolBox's written reviews are positive against 48% of Elitech iCold's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

Embraco ToolBox ships an update every 4 months, Elitech iCold monthly. The most recent releases landed on October 13, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
