# Phistory vs PICK/PIC

The clearest difference is update cadence: PICK/PIC at every 3 days against Phistory's every 2 months. Phistory's advantage is device support (3 vs 1) and iOS requirement (9.2 vs 17.2). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Phistory sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and PICK/PIC sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Phistory ships an update every 2 months, PICK/PIC every 3 days. The most recent releases landed on October 8, 2026 and October 11, 2026 respectively.
