# ™ Minesweeper vs Linko

The clearest difference is rating: ™ Minesweeper at 4.5 against Linko's 3.8. ™ Minesweeper also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (745 vs 26). Linko's advantage is update cadence (every 4 weeks vs every 5 months) and review sentiment (61% vs 45%). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. ™ Minesweeper sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and Linko sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

™ Minesweeper holds the better App Store score, 4.5 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: ™ Minesweeper has 745 ratings behind it against 26, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 45% of ™ Minesweeper's written reviews are positive against 61% of Linko's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.

™ Minesweeper ships an update every 5 months, Linko every 4 weeks. Both last shipped on September 27, 2026.
