# FlipaClip vs GoAnimate

The clearest difference is rating: FlipaClip at 4.6 against GoAnimate's 3.8. FlipaClip also leads on review sentiment (67% vs 25%) and ratings volume (269K vs 27). GoAnimate's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 8) and ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. FlipaClip sells 5 in-app purchases, starting at $5.99 per month. GoAnimate asks for nothing beyond the download.

FlipaClip holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 3.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: FlipaClip has 269K ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of FlipaClip's written reviews are positive against 25% of GoAnimate's.
