# LevelMatePRO vs RigSense

The clearest difference is review sentiment: RigSense at 100% against LevelMatePRO's 30%. RigSense also leads on rating (5.0 vs 3.0) and update cadence (every 8 days vs every 3 weeks). LevelMatePRO's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and ratings volume (145 vs 3). On price, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. LevelMatePRO sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and RigSense sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

RigSense holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 3.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: LevelMatePRO has 145 ratings behind it against 3, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 30% of LevelMatePRO's written reviews are positive against 100% of RigSense's.

LevelMatePRO ships an update every 3 weeks, RigSense every 8 days. The most recent releases landed on November 2, 2026 and November 7, 2026 respectively.
