# 九头鸟FM vs LOKI

The clearest difference is update cadence: LOKI at every 2 weeks against 九头鸟FM's every 3 months. 九头鸟FM's advantage is iOS requirement (9.0 vs 14.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. 九头鸟FM sells 10 one-off in-app purchases and LOKI sells 4 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

九头鸟FM ships an update every 3 months, LOKI every 2 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 10, 2026 and September 28, 2026 respectively.
