# Gyroscope vs Health Auto Export

The clearest difference is monetization model: Health Auto Export at free with in-app purchases against Gyroscope's subscription. Health Auto Export also leads on ads (none vs shown) and ratings volume (419 vs 50). Gyroscope's advantage is rating (4.8 vs 4.3) and review sentiment (65% vs 55%). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Gyroscope sells 15 in-app purchases, starting at $9.00 per 7 days and Health Auto Export sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.

Gyroscope holds the better App Store score, 4.8 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Health Auto Export has 419 ratings behind it against 50, so its average is the more settled of the two.
