# Cairns Post vs Daily Advertiser

The clearest difference is rating: Daily Advertiser at 5.0 against Cairns Post's 2.4. Daily Advertiser also leads on review sentiment (40% vs 14%). Cairns Post's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and update cadence (every 2 weeks vs every 4 months). On price, in-app purchases, monetization model and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Cairns Post sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $1.99 per 7 days and Daily Advertiser sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $12.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
