# MIXT vs Calibur App

The clearest difference is rating: Calibur App at 5.0 against MIXT's 4.6. Calibur App also leads on monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and update cadence (weekly vs every 3 weeks). MIXT's advantage is ratings volume (1.2K vs 2) and iOS requirement (15.6 vs 17.0). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.

Calibur App holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: MIXT has 1.2K ratings behind it against 2, so its average is the more settled of the two.

MIXT ships an update every 3 weeks, Calibur App weekly. Both last shipped on October 9, 2026.
